The Blaser Ultimate Carbon 150 knife is part of the high-quality Ultimate Carbon knife series. This knife has the same attractive design as the “R8 Ultimate”. Thanks to the Kydex sheath with belt clip and its light weight of 126 g, it can be easily attached to your belt. This makes it perfect for outdoor use, but also suitable for use in the kitchen.
The blade is made of CPM S35VN steel, which ensures excellent cut resistance. The chemical composition of this steel also makes it highly abrasion and corrosion resistant.
The blade shape, inspired by a filleting knife, combined with the blade length of 15 cm, makes this knife ideal for eviscerating game and further processing meat.
