2.1. All offers made by Hunting Europe are without obligation. Offers are made subject to the availability of the products. Hunting Europe is entitled to dissolve the agreement. Printing errors are reserved at all times.

Agreement

3.1. The purchase agreement between Hunting Europe and the buyer comes into being at the moment the order confirmation is shown on the screen.

Prices

4.1. All prices are in Euro including 21% VAT.

Shipping costs

5.1. All prices of products on this site are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions about the shipping costs you can mail us at info@huntingeurope.be .

Delivery and delivery time

6.1. Ordered products that are paid in advance, will be delivered by Hunting Europe within 3 working days after confirmation of the order and receipt of the payment on the indicated delivery address, if in stock.
6.2. Hunting Europe aims to ship orders within 3 working days after receipt of the payment. The ultimate delivery period is 30 days.
When the ordered products are not delivered within these terms at the indicated delivery address, the buyer has the possibility to dissolve the purchase agreement.
6.3. The above-mentioned delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Hunting Europe is never liable for any damage as a result of exceeding the delivery times.
6.4. Delivery takes place from our warehouse. Hunting Europe ensures delivery by post or by any other means at the discretion of Hunting Europe. Ownership of the products passes to the buyer upon delivery if the products have been paid.
6.5. Hunting Europe is entitled to deliver in parts. The additional costs of the subsequent delivery will be borne by Hunting Europe.

Safe payment

7.1. Online payments are carried out with licensed systems such as IDeal, Belfius, ING, Bancontact, Mollie, …

7.2. When paying by bank transfer, you transfer the amount from your bank account to Hunting Europe’s bank account. This method of payment usually takes a few days. Your order will be sent as soon as your payment has been received.

Return products

8.1. Products which you have bought from Hunting Europe can be exchanged and/or returned without reason within 14 days after receipt, provided that you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging.
The buyer may revoke his order within 14 days of ordering, without giving any reason. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer/consumer. The buyer also has the option of having the order amount, if already paid, refunded. To this end, you must contact Hunting Europe within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address.
8.2. When you have received a damaged product, Hunting Europe will exchange it for exactly the same product, free of charge, provided that you can present the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid.
For this purpose, you must contact Hunting Europe within 14 calendar days after receipt at the delivery address.
8.3. When you have received another product instead of the ordered one, Hunting Europe will exchange this for the product you ordered, free of charge, provided that you can present the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in the original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid. For this purpose, you must contact Hunting Europe within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address.
8.4. When by virtue of the above any product may be returned, the amount paid by you will be transferred to your bank or current account within 14 days. You must always contact Hunting Europe about this.
8.5. If the above-mentioned term is not respected by the buyer, every right of the buyer will lapse.

Satisfaction, guarantee

9.1. On all our products is 1 year factory warranty applicable.

Complaints, duty of investigation, statute of limitations and performance

10.1. Defects: The purchaser must inspect the purchased products (or have them inspected) upon delivery – or as soon as possible thereafter. The buyer has to check whether the delivered products comply with the agreement, i.e.: whether the correct products have been delivered; whether the delivered products comply with what has been agreed upon as far as quantity is concerned; whether the delivered products comply with the agreed quality requirements or – if these are lacking – with the requirements that may be set for a normal use and/or commercial purposes; If visible deficiencies or shortcomings are established, the buyer has to report these to Hunting Europe in writing within 48 hours after delivery. Non-visible defects, the buyer has to report them to Hunting Europe in writing after discovery, and at the latest within one month after delivery. Goods can only be returned after prior written consent of Hunting Europe.
10.2. Claims and defences, based on facts that could justify the assertion that the delivered product does not fulfil the agreement, become prescribed by the expiry of 1 year after receipt at the delivery address.
10.3. You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you should inform Hunting Europe as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days after delivery, or after observation was reasonably possible, in writing and with reasons. If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, you will have the choice of having the products in question replaced by new products upon their return, or of having the invoice value of these products reimbursed.
10.4. If you do not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to Hunting Europe within 14 days after delivery. In this case, returns will only be accepted if the product is undamaged, and the costs for returning the product will be for your account.

Compensation

11.1. Hunting Europe can only be held liable for damage, which can be attributed to intent or gross negligence, or which is caused by circumstances which are at its risk by virtue of mandatory rules of law.
The buyer indemnifies Hunting Europe in and out of court against all claims by third parties regarding product liability of (legal) persons, which are related to (alleged or real) defects in Hunting Europe products, which the buyer has delivered directly or indirectly to these third parties.

Rights

12.1. All legal relations between Hunting Europe and the buyer are governed exclusively by Belgian law.

Dutch text prevails

13.1. The Dutch text of these general terms and conditions prevails over any translation thereof.

Prices

14.1. Hunting Europe cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, illustrations and texts.
