Axion 2 PRO has a space-saving, pocket-sized design and weighs 300 grams. It is easy to grip and operate for both right- and left-handers thanks to its symmetrical design and in-line button placement on the top panel.

The Axion 2 XG35 PRO LRF thermal imagers use a new approach to image optimisation, depending on the target and observation conditions, and provide a high quality view of both target objects and background. Three levels of signal amplification in combination with a connected smoothing filter and fine brightness and contrast adjustments offer the hunter great opportunities to observe the animal at long range under different weather and temperature conditions and to determine its trophy qualities.

Understanding the target distance is an essential factor in making the right decisions. With a built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometre, you can measure distances in single measurement and continuous scanning modes with an accuracy of ± 1 metre for fast and error-free assessment of the situation.

The germanium F35/1.0 lens provides high infrared transmission in the LWIR range. Thanks to the high-precision manufacturing of the lens’ optical elements, the image generated by the Axion 2 thermal imaging sensor stands out for its clarity and detail.

A high capacity APS5 rechargeable battery provides up to 11 hours of continuous operation of the thermal imager on a single charge. The battery is removed from the battery casing in seconds and replaced with a new one. The battery is charged in a dedicated charger or in the device itself from a PC, household power system or power bank via USB-C. The same sources are used to provide external power to a thermal imaging device.

A powerful F35/1.0 objective lens combined with highly sensitive thermal imaging sensors ensure exceptional detection capabilities. A standard 1.8 m object can be detected up to 1750 m away in complete darkness.
