The Barbour Women’s Spey Waxed Jacket was first introduced in 1981. The original Spey was Barbour’s very first fishing jacket and was specifically designed to be worn with waders. Although the original model was discontinued in 1997, the design continues to serve as a source of inspiration for collaborations and new Barbour collections to this day.
The women’s version of the Spey combines this historic design with a contemporary look. The jacket is made from Barbour’s classic waxed cotton and has a shorter cut than the brand’s traditional wax jackets.
Distinctive details, including the iconic D-rings, pay homage to its original purpose as a fishing jacket. The interior features the recognizable Barbour Tartan cotton lining.
