The Active Hunter men’s rain jacket is designed for hunters who want reliable protection from rain and wind without carrying around unnecessary extra weight. The jacket is lightweight, compact, and easy to carry, so you’ll be prepared if the weather suddenly changes while you’re out hunting.
The roomy fit is specifically designed so you can wear the raincoat over your existing hunting gear. This way, it provides a protective outer layer without compromising comfort or limiting your range of motion.
Reliable protection in changing weather conditions
The jacket features Alaska1795’s PFAS-free APS membrane and offers a waterproof rating of 15,000 mm. The water- and windproof construction protects against rain and wind, while the lightweight material remains comfortable during long days in the field.
This makes the Active Hunter suitable for activities such as bear hunting, driven hunts, retrieving game, and other outdoor activities where the weather can change quickly.
Lightweight and compact
Weighing only about 360 grams in size M, this rain jacket is designed to be carried in your backpack at all times. When you’re not using the jacket, it can be stowed compactly inside its own hood. That way, it takes up very little space, and you always have a protective outer layer on hand.
Practical Features for Hunting
The roomy fit makes it easy to wear the rain jacket over other hunting gear. A radio pocket and a separate antenna opening through the storm flap make it convenient to carry communication equipment.
The two-way zipper at the front provides extra freedom of movement and makes it easier to adjust the ventilation. The cuffs and hem are adjustable for a snug fit.
The hood features a lightweight EVA flap that provides extra protection in rainy weather.
